  • How do I schedule a consultation?

    • You can schedule a consultation through the BOOK US page. Consultations are face to face unless the client is out of state in which then a conference call can be set up.

 

  • How do I make a payment?

    • An invoice is always sent via email to the client and payable through Paypal.

 

  • Is a deposit required for services?

    • Each service requires a deposit in order for services to be rendered unless a different agreement is stated in the contractual agreement.

 

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Any client under a contractual agreement is allowed to cancel two weeks in advance. After that, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

  • If I cancel my order or services, is my deposit refundable?

    • Your deposit is refundable only if you cancel during the cancellation period which is two weeks prior to the day of your event or scheduled delivery date.

 

  • Where can I view prices for your services?

    • We at Divine Indulgence Personal Chef Services work hard to provide 

      you with excellent services while catering to your budget. All of our menus are catered to the client's needs and event them. For this reason, prices vary between each client but you can view our menus from past events to get an idea of what we can offer.
